The Moonhouse is the first art project on the Moon – a red house with white corners that will bring the barren, dead moonscape to life. It is a carefully planned art project that has been under work since 2003 with some of the world’s leading space engineers from Sweden. The mission is to place a self-constructing house on the surface of the Moon in October 2015 in collaboration with the US aerospace technology company Astrobotic.
