Feel the difference from the first moment! A rounded bottom pan combining wok and frying pan!
The Marutto Pan is a fry pan that has a slight concave bottom, letting the user cook while any food gathers near the middle of the pan.
With a normal frying pan, beaten eggs normally cook thinly and solidify into a really thin omelette or scrambled eggs. With the Marutto Pan, we can gather the eggs into the centre of the pan, letting it cook slower, opening the options of what we want to do with the eggs up.
With the Marutto Pan, because of its small concave shape, it also allows for the eggs to collect in one place, meaning that even if your egg white breaks on impact with the pan, you can still make a nicely cooked fried egg to your taste.
